Dining in Provence and the Côte d'Azur is a delightful experience. Many of
the dishes presented in restaurants aren't available in cookbooks, but well deserve to
be shared.
The meal is completed, of course, with un café, France's venerable
expresso.
Below are listed a few dishes we though merited a photograph (click on the name too see the
photo). There have been many, many more that deserved photos, but other limiting
factors have been: having a camera ready, decent lighting (flash isn't very kind), and
being in the mood.
